STAGE – 4 (FOR ONE MONTH AFTER STAGE 3) – SOFT DIET
Jhatpat Paneer
Ingredients:
- Paneer Cubes – 100 grams
- Turmeric/haldi Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili/lal mirch Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Dry Mango/amchur Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Zeera (cumin) Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper/Kali Mirch – 1/4 tsp
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Oil 1 Tsp
Method:
In a bowl, mix turmeric, red chili powder, jeera powder and dry mango powder. Add the paneer cubes to this marinate and let it stay for about 10-15 minutes.
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil, tip over the paneer marinate the mixture into the oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
Add the crushed kasoori methi and black pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
